Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days but can take longer for special order or out of stock items. Recent changes in U.S. tariff agreements can cause custom clearance delays outside of our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard and Expedited Shipping: Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes mentioned above.
  • The recent implementation of new U.S. tariff agreements has led to unexpected shipping delays of up to 7–10 business days. While we expect these issues to improve over time, they are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • For international shipments outside the US, shipping can take up to 4 weeks or more due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international shipments.

⚠️ Duties and Tariffs

  • Many of our products ship from outside the U.S. and are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. 
  • We do not charge you for duties and tariffs at checkout, which under normal circumstances would cover these costs. Customers are responsible to pay any additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier in order to receive their order. 
  • Please note that if these charges are not paid, the carrier may refuse delivery and return the item to us, which can result in further delays and additional costs.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
